PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

New client's appointments will be secured with a 25% of the booking fee per area/treatment and it will be deducted from the treatment price and it guarantees the appointment.

If you need to reschedule your appointment please keep in mind new booking fee will be required.
​
Please do your best arrive on time, if you are late more than 15 minutes it might result that treatment will be cancelled / rescheduled and new booking fee will be required.

Please respect the minimum requirements in the Medical History form

no Aspirin and other blood thinning medicine min 24h before the treatment, no alcohol/drugs as well
-
no Coffee/Black Tea min 3h before the treatment.

Botox and fillers around/ in treated area should be done not less than 2 weeks before/after treatment
Permanent Make-up treatments are strictly contraindicated for pregnancy.
Please remember you can't sunbathing and tan your face for 3 weeks after any permanent make up treatments including touch ups and colour boosts.
Please note I DO NOT do 'Colour boost/Touch-up' treatments on another technician's work. Full prices of new treatment will be charged.
PLEASE INFORM ME about the fact you have previous semipermanent make up before booking actual appointment.
Consultations in that case are highly recommended to discuss eventual options.
Not always I can help and if previous semipermanent make up is not fixable you will be referred for tattoo laser removal.
I would kindly ask that you do not bring children/babies and any other companions (family, friends etc) to your appointment - our waiting area is out of use.
There is no exceptions from that.

IMPORTANT- Due to possible complications to the COVID-19 Vaccines, you must not have any permanent makeup procedures 21 days before or 21 days after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.

There is no warranty or guarantee made as a result of any procedure and the final result cannot be guaranteed. There are no refunds for any procedure, as results will vary and individual results are not guaranteed.
